We seek a seasoned recruitment expert to lead our team in Brazil. As Senior Talent Advisor, you will serve as a strategic liaison between stakeholders and drive the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes.
 * BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, including hiring managers and senior leaders.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues, driving improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Able to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams towards high performance and successful delivery.
