Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment.
* Strong network and experience in the HR/Recruiting Industry.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening and written).
* Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills.
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
* Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps.
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long term with a focus on expanding our client base.
