This position requires excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, a process-oriented mindset, efficiency working individually as well as part of a larger team, and knowledge on a wide range of technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze problems and create solutions
2. Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
3. Keep customers updated on ticket progress
4. Solve problems remotely with customers
5. Utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to find and provide solutions to known issues
6. Use external information to research and resolve issues when needed
7. Update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes consistently
8. Evaluate whether an issue needs escalation to other parties
Qualifications:
* An associate's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience required.
* Desired qualifications and skills include:
o Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
o Experience working in mixed environments
