We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing strategic financial guidance and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning Teachable's monthly labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts;
* Supporting the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements;
* Collaborating with HR and various teams on workforce planning, analyzing financial data, and developing actionable insights;
