Along with our partner, we are seeking a data-driven Part-Time Email Marketer to own the end-to-end retention strategy for two sister companies: a visual, custom-framing e-commerce site and a B2B wholesale moulding supplier.
You will be responsible for turning one-time buyers into repeat customers (D2C) and nurturing long-term professional relationships with artists, photographers, and businesses (B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lifecycle Strategy: Audit and rebuild automated\ "flows\" for both brands (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Win-back, and Post-Purchase).
* Segmentation: Create distinct\ "Pro\" vs. \"Consumer\" segments to ensure B2B leads (photographers/galleries) receive different messaging than one-off home decor customers.
* Campaign Management: Manage the weekly calendar for both brands, including promotional campaigns for the e-commerce brand and industry-specific insights and nurture content for the wholesale business.
* A/B Testing: Constantly experiment with subject lines, send times, and CTA layouts to optimize Open Rates and Click-Through Rates.
* Performance Reporting: Track and report on Email-Attributed Revenue and List Growth monthly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Platform Expertise: 3+ years of advanced proficiency in e-commerce email marketing platforms is a must.
* Copywriting: Ability to toggle between\ "Inspiring & Aesthetic\" (D2C) and\ "Professional & Direct\" (B2B).
* Design Lite: Proficiency with visual design tools to create or edit email templates that align with the brand identity.
* B2B Experience: Experience with\ "Sales Enablement\" style emails (plain-text, personal feel) meant to drive inquiries for high-volume wholesale orders.
* Data Literacy: Deep understanding of how to use email data to inform the wider growth strategy.
Bonus Points:
* Experience in the home decor, photography, or art industries.
* Understanding of SMS marketing integration.
