As a Community Builder and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media accounts, specifically LinkedIn. Your role will involve engaging with the tech and startup community to represent our brand and establish a strong network.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Taking part in the creation of a strategic plan for our client base
* Being active in the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring customer success
* Acquiring employers searching for tech talent to our platform
* Generating own leads
The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environments. They should also have a strong network in the HR/Recruiting Industry, fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written), and a proactive, solution-oriented mentality with great analytical skills.
You will be required to build rapport and establish credibility with clients, identify business opportunities and market gaps, and have an ambition to stay and grow with the company long term with a focus on expanding our client base. A flair for sales and negotiation is essential, as well as an understanding of Recruitment and a LinkedIn account.
A strong communication skillset and a personable approach are necessary, along with being efficient and having a good attention to detail. You must also be accountable for all successes and failures and be ready to take risks and think on your toes. Additionally, you should be resilient, persistent in your approach, and have a positive outlook and hard-working personality. Finally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
