Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee the development and launch of high-performing marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, with experience managing technical execution of complex marketing initiatives.
As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between landing pages and our CRM system, HubSpot.
You will lead a team of developers, mentoring them to deliver high-quality results while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic
* Own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch
* Ensure pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
* Implement and troubleshoot complex tracking scenarios, including server-side tracking, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attribution
* Optimize landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates
* Conduct A/B testing and implement rapid iterations based on campaign performance data
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
* Direct experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns with significant ad spend
* Must have been the primary person responsible for landing page build and campaign launch (not just a contributor on a larger team)
* Portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages personally built and deployed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot
* Familiarity with conversion rate optimization methodologies and tools
* Knowledge of SQL for custom reporting and data analysis
* Experience with A/B testing platforms and understanding of SEO best practices
