Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Operations Lead to oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle, ensuring seamless customer order and shipment execution. This hands-on role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 1. Manage inbound & outbound logistics, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery.
 2. Own the order-to-cash process: processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.
 3. Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.
 4. Act as the daily liaison between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.
 5. Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.
 6. Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
 7. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.
Requirements:
 * 4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.
