Senior Project Manager Opportunity
Our organization is seeking an experienced project manager to lead a team of technical experts, developers, and business analysts. The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of experience in agile scrum environments with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
* A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
* At least 8 years of experience in IT project management within agile scrum frameworks
* Hands-on development or coding skills are essential
* Proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively
Additional desirable qualifications include experience in the oil and gas industry, PMP certification, and CSM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing project budgets and ensuring timely delivery within scope
* Conducting business analysis and gathering requirements from stakeholders
