Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Merchant Operations Manager to drive impact and solve problems by digging into details, executing quickly in the face of ambiguity, and building strong cross-functional collaboration.
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution that shape the success of merchants on our platform. On the Merchant team, you'll get to the lowest level of detail by speaking to merchants, partnering with our Sales, Product and Analytics teams, and analyzing our data to develop hypotheses for new ways to achieve your goals.
About the Role
* Strategize – Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including which merchant segments to target and how to drive engagement
* Analyze – Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and define success with KPIs
* Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to execute tests on everything from adoption to optimization
* Influence – Work cross-functionally with our product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives
* Make it Happen – Handle complexity in a detailed and structured way, with a bias to action
