This role serves as the operational backbone of the recruiting process, ensuring accuracy and consistent momentum by working directly with senior leadership to turn ideas into completed projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Recruiting Operations Management: Attend meetings and own post-meeting follow-through, ensuring every conversation leads to next steps.
* Process Optimization: Focus on workflow automation and identifying ways to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
* Team Collaboration: Work with internal team members to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for professional business purposes.
* Understanding of American business culture and communication style.
* Experience working with US-based companies in operations and/or account/project management support.
* Three to five years of experience in operations or project management roles.
* Longevity on your resume with the ability to articulate success in similar roles.
This position requires a strong technology background, proficiency with CRM's, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and proactive mindset to anticipate needs and take ownership.
