Sales Growth Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Executive to drive revenue growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.

* This key account manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* The ideal candidate will develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business and increase sales.
* A strong communicator, this executive will present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaboration is key in this role; the Sales Growth Executive will work closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Staying ahead of the curve is crucial; this individual will monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and protect share.
* Meticulous attention to detail is essential as this executive will meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Representing the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events is also a critical aspect of this role.
* Providing exceptional customer support is vital; this Sales Growth Executive will collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and concerns.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA) is a must for success in this position.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

A proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets is essential, as is a deep understanding of the nutraceutical ingredient industry and its trends.

You will be a strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to improve processes and achieve better outcomes.
