Business Operations Analyst/Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to assume key responsibilities in our Content Design team.
* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, align priorities with stakeholders, monitor progress against milestones, and provide support with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Collect and analyze information to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
* Review operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency and scalability.
* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, preferably including experience with Power BI.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with capacity to build effective relationships.
* Able to translate business needs into practical solutions, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
