About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in the travel industry.
This role will involve building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business success.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Aquire new key accounts within assigned territories and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background in B2B and experience working in the travel industry. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, stay updated on industry trends, and proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will need:
* A commercially good knowledge of the travel industry and its operations.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build successful long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
