Business Technical Service Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. This role involves establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
* Evaluate client business requirements, estimate effort, and guide clients in utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally for sign-off.
* Gain and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assist with resolving these issues.
* Assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
* Execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
