Administrative Assistant Job Description
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to the Customer Issue Resolution team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage technical documentation for the team's onboarding process.
* Plan and coordinate safety training for the team.
* Create purchase requisitions and orders for team needs (e.g., services, training, uniforms, tools).
* Organize, control, and store all technical reports and documentation related to customer support.
* Issue surveys to key stakeholders.
* Analyze team hours and utilization, and generate reports.
* Create and analyze reports to monitor KPIs (e.g., escalated issues, installed base, resolution time).
* Create and manage service orders for the team.
* Track and follow up on action orders.
* Provide administrative support to the Customer Issue Resolution team.
* Support purchasing activities for the lab.
* A degree in Business Administration or related fields.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Solid experience in administrative routines.
* Knowledge of SAP software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience supporting contract management, organizing meetings and events.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and time management.
