ADP is Hiring a Developer
We are looking for a Java developer to work in a scrum team, building new or improved web applications that serve internal and external clients ranging from one to millions of employees.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily scrum calls to prioritize and track work.
Choose and work on user stories within sprint cycles.
Design, develop, test and deploy clean code that passes Sonar quality gates.
Write unit tests with JUnit for code coverage.
Write SQL queries and work with ORM frameworks.
Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines and support CI/CD processes.
Engage in release activities every three weeks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teammates.
Communicate progress to stakeholders during sprint demos.
Required Skills
Proficient Java developer with experience in REST API, Spring and Spring Boot.
Experience with SonarQube and unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ORM tools.
Knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Experience with Terraform (IaaC) is a plus.
Work Model & Location
Hybrid work model, reporting directly to our Porto Alegre office. Employees are allowed to work from home up to twice a week.
