Senior AI Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI-native services that transform the utility sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Design: Architect, fine-tune, and deploy AI agents purpose-built for utility use cases.
* API Development: Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect AI models with enterprise systems and grid-level data flows.
* Pipeline Management: Design and manage the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability.
* Vulnerability Mitigation: Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control with sensitivity to regulated environments.
* Integration: Partner with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into the broader client OS, embedding AI by design into every product release.
* Delivery: Operate with urgency, delivering breakthroughs in code and AI services on cycles measured in weeks, not quarters.
