**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with a variety of labels and artists/their representatives, including individual time with the labels and artists, establishing relationships, focusing on Brazil
- Experience working cross-functionally across a business with leadership.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in any of the following: label and artist management, label product management, artist relations, artist marketing, with specific focus in the Brazil market and all music genres available in the country.
- Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous artist/label activities.
- Ability to analyse Data analytics and to effectively engage with artists and labels, leveraging YouTube tools to foster strong relationships between artists, labels and their audience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build, productive relationships externally and internally.

- Own day-to-day labels and artist relationships and program management, working in touch with a aimed set of labels and artists and their representatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to select artists we work with, prioritise and set expectations both internally and externally related to how we can develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to establish programs for artists, including performances and content productions.
