Senior Account Executive / Head of Revenue (LATAM)At PowDevs, we help U.S.-based companies scale fast with top-tier nearshore development teams from Latin America. Our delivery model is lean, fast, and quality-focused — trusted by long-term clients across fintech, logistics, digital transformation, and more.Now, we're looking for a true hunter — a Senior Account Executive or Head of Revenue who can drive new business, close deals, and shape our GTM strategy. If you're someone who’s led and closed large software staffing deals, owns a U.S. network, and thrives in startup-like environments, let’s talk.What You Will DoOwn and close new business opportunities with U.S. companies seeking nearshore development teamsAct as the senior face of sales: from identifying prospects to final contract negotiationDefine and refine PowDevs' sales playbook, ICPs, and messaging strategyWork with recruiting and operations to align talent delivery with client needsBuild and nurture C-level relationships (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Procurement)Drive net-new revenue growth and explore channel or strategic partnershipsTrack pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and continuously optimize the sales processRepresent PowDevs in strategic meetings, partnerships, and industry eventsWhat We Are Looking For5–10+ years of proven success in closing software staffing or IT outsourcing deals — ideally U.S.-based clientsOwns or has access to a network of tech decision-makers in mid-market or enterprise companiesExcellent communicator and negotiator — comfortable in high-stakes conversations with C-level execsKnows the full sales cycle inside-out, from cold outreach to multi-year contractsDeep understanding of the nearshore market and what differentiates LATAM developersNot afraid of pressure. You're strategic, but you know how to huntIt is a big plus if youPrior experience building or leading a revenue/sales teamUnderstanding of the U.S. tech landscape (startups, staff aug vendors, procurement cycles)Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound automation, and proposal toolsWhy PowDevs?High-growth environment with executive visibility and decision-making powerA mature recruiting/delivery engine ready to support new clientsFlexible, remote-first team with a strong LATAM identity and U.S. ambitionPerformance-based compensation model that rewards closers and creatorsRoom to grow into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role if successfulCompensationCompetitive base salary + commissionOpen to negotiation depending on experience and networkPotential equity or additional incentives for high-impact performersSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
