Job Title: IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for technical and non-technical positions across Europe and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
* Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions.
* Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
* Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes.
* Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and internal reports.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
* Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
* Familiarity with technical and non-technical profiles.
* Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
