Brand Manager
(Remote | Amazon-Focused)
Are you ready to lead client relationships, drive results, and simplify eCommerce operations?
We're looking for a strategic, reliable, and client-focused Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding through growth. You will be the trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication, and ensuring seamless execution across all client activities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days).
* Own client communication, performance reviews, and delivery of actionable insights.
* Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to maintain progress and timelines.
* Resolve client issues via the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing account audits.
* Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for onboarding and offboarding.
* Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.).
* 2+ years in client or account management (agency experience preferred).
* Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability.
* Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or willingness to learn quickly.
* Reliable, thoughtful, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
* Fluency in English.
