We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to own our service operations including SLAs, incident processes, on-call coverage, SOPs and first-line enablement.
* Design and maintain an on-call coverage plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed.
* Owning the incident management process for your accounts including priorities, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
