This role requires an outstanding individual with proven experience of chairing complex meetings at a senior level, particularly in partnership settings, and who has a good operational and strategic understanding of the safeguarding adult’s agenda. - Provide strong leadership and strategic vision. - Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills. - Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships. - Analyse complex information and provide robust scrutiny and challenge. - Have detailed understanding of relevant regulations - Can ensure all partner agencies in Cheshire West and Chester collaborate effectively to safeguard adults, promote their welfare and improve outcomes - Endorses the key principles of making safeguarding personnel and can influence practice focused on outcomes for people For an informal discussion about the role please contact: The fees paid for this role will be on a day-rate basis (8 hours a day). The annual contract value is estimated to be up to GBP 12,500 based on attendance of up to 25 days per annum.
