Senior Project Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of IT projects.
* Establish an Agile Scrum framework, ensuring streamlined software development processes and efficient team collaboration.
* Cultivate strong working relationships with Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts to meet project timelines and scope requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics using Microsoft DevOps tools.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management within an Agile Scrum environment.
* Prior hands-on experience in coding or development.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Hold PMP certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
