Creative Strategist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative.
As a key member of our team, you will partner with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transform insights into compelling storyboards and select music, pacing, and shot lists that effectively communicate the message.
* Develop concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage a diverse pool of talented individuals.
* Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stopping power, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests; analyze performance metrics (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate swiftly to optimize results.
* Repurpose successful concepts into engaging static assets.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record of creating video ads that deliver strong conversion rates (please share relevant links/reels).
* Exceptional sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable working with data: able to interpret dashboards and make informed decisions.
* Experience in UGC and short-form paid social media, particularly on Meta platforms (TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear communication skills, fast iterations, and a collaborative mindset.
