 
        
        Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our world-class recruiting team. This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
 * Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Requirements
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
 * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
