Program Manager - Agile Coach
As a Program Manager – Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating major program events, managing the program calendar, and ensuring program-level cadence.
* Orchestrates major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt)
* Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
The ideal candidate will have coaching and mentoring skills, as well as experience with lean-agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles
* Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed
* Optimizes the flow of value across the ART
* Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway
