This role involves providing remote support to our clients' employees in Argentina.
If you are passionate about technology and helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues related to Windows, Office, Office 365, hardware, network, and general IT support.Configure and maintain user workstations to ensure optimal performance.Document technical problems and resolutions in a ticketing system.Maintain positive and professional relationships with users.Proactively identify and research potential solutions to improve support efficiency.Continuously expand your IT knowledge and skills.Qualifications:Experience in IT support or related fields.Strong communication skills in Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).Fluency in English is a plus.Excellent customer service skills and commitment to user satisfaction.Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
