Below are the key responsibilities for this role:
1. Assisting in the development of our in-house payroll calculation engine.
2. Explaining standard pay components and how they are managed concerning tax, social security, and other statutory deductions.
3. Providing details on local payroll and labor law compliance.
4. Keeping us updated on changes in country laws related to tax and statutory deductions.
5. Supporting client and prospect calls by addressing queries about country payroll.
6. Providing language support for payroll-related client calls.
7. Offering on-the-ground support for compliance activities and client visits as needed.
