About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager (or experienced Product Analyst) with a strong background in stakeholder discovery, business analysis, and detailed specification writing—ideally within healthcare or other regulated industries. This role is an individual contributor position reporting to the VP of Product and is responsible for owning product initiatives from stakeholder request through delivery with a strong emphasis on writing specifications.
If you have experience documenting complex business processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and translating real-world needs into clear, actionable software requirements—this is the role for you. This is not a technical product role and does not involve sprint planning or managing teams.
* Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, workflow pain points, and regulatory considerations.
* Translate stakeholder input into clear, structured product specifications—detailing user needs, functional requirements, and business logic for the development team.
* Collaborate with a product designer to define and refine user interface and experience flows that support stakeholder goals.
* Partner with software developers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements before development begins, and provide clarifications as needed throughout the build process.
* Review completed development work to confirm alignment with specifications, user expectations, and compliance standards.
* Coordinate product launches, including stakeholder communications, release documentation, and end-user training.
* Monitor adoption of new features including user feedback, roadblocks, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
* College degree in Business, Process Design, Information Systems, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
* 5 10 years experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles.
* Extensive background in writing clear, detailed specifications for software development.
* Comfortable owning the full lifecycle of a product feature or enhancement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Able to synthesize complex requirements into structured documentation that drives development.
* Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing solutions for compliance with business needs and specifications.
* Advanced English level required (read/write/speak).
