Job Title: Field Support Analyst
Job Description:
* Maintain and optimize IT systems to ensure efficiency.
* Generate comprehensive reports on desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
* C coordinate the installation and maintenance of complex software systems.
* Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Provide effective customer support and communicate solutions clearly.
* Update user information in organizational systems.
* Manage and update user access for IT applications for new and existing employees.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skillset: Bilingual (Portuguese and English), IT support experience, troubleshooting, customer service, organizational systems, and user access management.
