This role involves developing and coordinating electrical projects for various types of commercial and residential buildings.Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate electrical projects for different types of commercial and residential buildings.Improve BIM workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and interoperability of projects.Create detailed electrical installation models using BIM methodology, focusing on Revit MEP.Design and develop energy entry projects with substations, sizing systems and components according to project demands and regulatory requirements.Ensure coordination and clash detection of electrical projects with other disciplines (architecture, structure, hydraulics) within BIM environment.Produce all necessary technical documentation, including plans, diagrams, descriptive reports, and material lists.Strictly adhere to current Brazilian technical standards such as NBR 5410, NBR 5419, NBR 14039, NBR 13570, NBR 16280, and NBR ISO 19650.Take responsibility for project sign-offs and approvals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), specifically in electrical installations projects.Strong understanding of approval processes and best practices in building electrical projects, from conception to delivery.Expertise in electrical project design.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.Collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure project accuracy.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, during business hours, including lunch break.Work Location:Neighborhood: CentroCity: Balneário CamboriúState: Santa CatarinaReferrals can double your chances of interviewing at MOV Soluções e Desenvolvimento Empresarial Ltda.Get notified about new Project Analyst jobs in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, Brazil.Location: Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, Brazil
