Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects.
* Craft compelling hooks to stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds and deploy visual disruptors like kinetic typography, callout graphics, and progress bars.
* Optimize pacing for Meta and YouTube Shorts algorithms and A/B test creative approaches based on performance data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing for direct-to-consumer/e-commerce brands with a portfolio demonstrating successful direct response ads that drove conversions. They will also possess expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects and a deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns.
