Provide internal legal advice in the areas of contracts and corporate law;
Monitor legal processes, from the administrative to the judicial phase;
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions;
Keep up to date on labor and contractual legislation;
Assist in the management of legal documents;
Interact with other areas of the company to provide legal support.

Prepare and issue documents requested by the legal manager
Control contract terms and negotiations with the client
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in contracts working in multinational companies
Agility
Resilient and patient – maintaining motivation
Business acumen: consider both commercial and legal aspects when making a decision
Good communication and negotiation skills – to interact at all levels of the organization and with clients Interpersonal skills
Leadership
Ownership and Accountability
Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
