Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer
Overview of the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, usability, and interaction design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products. They will also collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup
Nice to Have:
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams
