Job Title: IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technology talent.
About the Role:

The Ideal Candidate:
* Should have 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT recruitment.
* Must have strong technical evaluation skills and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
* Very strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential.
* Fluent English communication skills are required.
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
Responsibilities:
1. IDentify, engage, and explore candidates' real motivation and interest, validate their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
2. Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities.
3. Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
4. Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
5. Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
6. Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.

Requirements:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the client
* Very strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn
* IT Knowledge
* Very familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems
* 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets
* 1+ years of sales experience with strong client relationship skills
