We seek a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop innovative tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources;Create custom interfaces, workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to enhance user experience;Provide training to junior developers and support their growth;Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs;Assist with third-party API integrations;Own issues from resolution to deployment, translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement;Collaborate with internal teams on technical challenges and contribute to product roadmap and new features;Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, operational excellence, and delivering customer value;Analyze complex requirements to guide solution design and delivery, considering infrastructure impact;Optimize existing architecture and performance following best practices;Manage Salesforce development tasks, balancing multiple stories and initiatives;Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and development lifecycle, contributing to team knowledge;Perform testing of Salesforce code and integrations, including writing user testing instructions for business users.
