About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Community Builder and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media presence on LinkedIn, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving social selling efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, sales, or similar roles, with experience and network in the HR/Recruiting industry. Fluency in English is essential, and strong analytical skills, a proactive mentality, and great communication skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a strategic plan for client acquisition and growth
* Develop and maintain a strong network within the tech and startup community
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Identify and acquire new employers searching for tech talent
* Generate leads through proactive outreach and research
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, account management, sales, or similar roles
* Experience and network in the HR/Recruiting industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* Strong analytical skills, proactive mentality, and great communication skills
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps
