 
        
        Drive growth through emotion-led ad creative, leveraging visuals and music to craft compelling stories that spark nostalgia and feeling. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to partner with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts.
 * Turn insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards; select music and pacing that carry the message.
 * Build concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage creators.
 * Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
 * Launch rapid tests; read performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate fast.
 * Repurpose winners into statics
Key Responsibilities:
 * Own visual creative strategy from concept → brief → edit → test → scale.
 * Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
 * Maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
 * Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
Requirements:
 * Proven record of video ads that convert.
 * Strong sense of music selection and timing.
 * Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
 * UGC + short-form paid social experience.
 * Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
