We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support our learning teams across several active and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of experience who is comfortable working with content, organizing information, and preparing storyboards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Create storyboards and clear content structures based on curriculum maps and SME input.
* Prepare and maintain instructional documents.
* Collaborate with SMEs to gather missing details, clarify technical points, and ensure content accuracy.
* Review provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps and communicate them promptly.
Requirements
* 2 years of experience in instructional design.
* Basic understanding of instructional design models (Gagné, Merrill, ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
* Ability to work with technical content (STEM familiarity is a plus, not required).
* Strong communication skills, good information-structuring skills and attention to details.
* Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, etc.).
Hourly rate: 15$ - 25$
