Integrated Diagnostics Solutions (IDS)
Our IDS business unit focuses on driving growth and innovation in areas like specimen management and diagnostic solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice to healthcare professionals, customers, distributors, and sales reps regarding product use.
* Conduct presentations and demonstrations at hospitals, conferences, and trade shows.
* Support new product launches by engaging key opinion leaders.
* Consult on emerging technologies and identify customer needs.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to support promotional activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of competitors.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, maintaining regular communication.
* Assist in resolving complaints and service issues.
* Collect data and maintain project records.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel up to 40% within the country.
* Experience with microbiology products.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Reside in São Paulo.
