Job Opportunity
At our company, we are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is a part-time position that involves working closely with product and engineering teams to create user-centered design solutions.
The successful candidate will have experience working on SaaS products and be familiar with UX principles, usability, and interaction design. They will also be proficient in Figma and able to communicate their design decisions clearly.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a remote setup. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills and be able to simplify complex interfaces.
Responsibilities include designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products, improving usability and visual consistency across the platform, collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery, and maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components.
Additionally, the successful candidate will support marketing initiatives when needed and provide visual assets and design for marketing content.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup
