Segmento SiderúrgicoVendasSobre nosso clienteMultinacional de automação com altas chances de crescimentoDescriçãoKey Responsibilities:* Provide specialized technical knowledge and best practices from client's to the steel sector, acting as a regional subject matter expert.* Support the sales team in identifying opportunities aligned with technical expertise, understanding clients' pain points and challenges to propose suitable solutions.* Develop and propose customized technical solutions aimed at delivering value and enhancing operational efficiency for clients.* Manage the relationship between the organization and clients, ensuring effective information flow and resolution of client needs.* Work directly with clients in the steel supply chain (plants, processors, suppliers), understanding their processes and offering tailored solutions focused on efficiency and added value.* Lead internal cross-functional teams in configuring customized solutions, including technical, commercial, and contractual definitions.* Collaborate with marketing and market intelligence teams to align strategies and commercial actions focused on sustainable growth.* Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.* Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs, strengthening networking and brand positioning.* Maintain and update CRM systems with client and opportunity data, while suggesting improvements to tool usage. (optional: can be removed if not relevant)* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, potential analyses, and commercial KPIs.* Conduct application tests and client training sessions. (applicable to Steel industry)* Monitor trends in the chemical/steel market and analyze competitors to identify new business opportunities.Perfil desejável* Steel: Degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.Experience:* Previous experience in technical or consultative sales in process industries (chemical or steel).* Solid knowledge of industrial processes such as rolling, steelmaking, casting, heat treatment, automation, and control.Skills and Competencies:* Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.* Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.* Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to operate in multicultural environments.* Strategic thinking with strong customer orientation.* Proactive and autonomous in leading projects and business opportunities.Languages:* Advanced English (mandatory).* Spanish is a plus.O que está sendo ofertadoCompetitive Salary
