Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to close, within assigned industry segment and territory. The individual in this role may canvass prospective new accounts and assist in the selection of products / services most applicable to customers' needs.Primary Responsibilities:• Prepare price quotations, communicate and negotiate terms and conditions of sales with customers, within limits of authority, and write orders subject to company policy.• Collaborate with industry partners and internal teams to develop programs and offerings to best meet customer needs.• Process and monitor customer sample requests to ensure timeliness and exceptional customer service.'- Support and advice for Chem-Trend partners in the 1/5 regional area in close cooperation with the country officer responsible for the region/market segment (direct customers, representatives)- Processing of requests for products and prices- Sales support for the subsidiaries in the region- Contribution in sales planning- Coordination of the processes with the logistics and finance department and the complaints management department- Systematic verification of compliance with international regulations for selected countries in cooperation with the IEC department- Collaboration on various internal projects- Implementation of sales promotion measures- Handling of complaints concerning product properties and applicationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related areas.Strong results orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.Knowledge of mold release agents and purging compounds.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM systems, and corporate communication tools.Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
