Job Title: Data Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of our data architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Composer.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, and security end-to-end across our GCP environment.
* They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data models aligned with business needs and collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to support advanced analytics and machine learning use cases.
* The role requires a deep understanding of cloud-based data engineering principles, including data warehousing, data lakes, and streaming data processing.
Key qualifications include:
* Proficiency in BigQuery, Dataflow (Apache Beam), Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
* Experience with SQL, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL.
* A strong track record of designing and implementing large-scale data architectures.
