Job Title: Media & CRM Analyst
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Role Summary
The Media & CRM Analyst will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, CRM strategies, and brand communication initiatives across digital and offline platforms. This role will work closely with media and creative agencies, dealers, and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand visibility, and effective customer engagement. The position also focuses on managing customer journeys, lead generation, and performance optimization to strengthen relationships with current and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and execute CRM strategies including email marketing, SMS, Whats App, and marketing automation aligned with the customer lifecycle and sales funnel.
• Manage and segment customer databases to develop personalized communication journeys that increase engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, OOH, radio, and TV) focused on awareness, lead generation, and product launches.
• Brief and manage media and creative agencies, ensuring efficient budget allocation and alignment with campaign KPIs.
• Analyze campaign and CRM performance, generate insights, and recommend actions to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Work closely with the sales team and dealer network to align CRM initiatives and communication campaigns with business objectives.
• Support the development of brand communication strategies across social media, PR, influencers, and content initiatives.
• Monitor competitors’ media and CRM strategies, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Support website content updates, landing page optimization, and lead tracking improvements.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in media, CRM, digital marketing, or brand communications.
• Solid knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Experience with media planning and performance channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic media, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance marketing KPIs.
• Experience working with agencies, campaign briefs, and media performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
