Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Client Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, tracking sales opportunities, preparing key documents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client engagements.
* Client & Deal Flow Coordination
In this role, you will attend prospect and client calls using AI notetakers to capture detailed notes, key points, and next steps. You will log updates in our CRM within 2 hours to maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will prepare tailored sales dossiers, meeting briefs, and follow-up materials to ensure well-informed client interactions.
* Sales Outreach & Pipeline Management
You will conduct outbound research on target accounts, prospects, industries, and competitors using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will launch personalized outreach campaigns to drive engagement and book qualified discovery calls. You will also maintain a clean, organized CRM and sales pipeline, running consistent follow-ups via email, phone, and LinkedIn to nurture leads and progress deals.
* Contract & Post-Sale Coordination
You will draft, manage, and track SOWs, NDAs, and contracts through signature, collaborating with Finance on billing and invoicing. You will serve as the first line of client support for post-sale issues, capture feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and escalate concerns to relevant teams.
* Reporting & Process Optimization
You will build weekly dashboards and reports highlighting stuck deals, upcoming renewals, and at-risk follow-ups. You will conduct quarterly win/loss analyses to improve sales effectiveness. You will automate repetitive tasks and workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, or AI solutions, while suggesting process improvements to streamline the sales cycle.
* Relationship & Client Engagement
