We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, while developing a pipeline to drive revenue growth.
* Sell LATAM-based solutions to new and existing clients.
* Develop effective opportunity plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Establish key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
* Deliver high-level product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
* Participate in the development of assigned regions, including account relationships and sales cycles.
* Deliver comprehensive business cases to address customer priorities and pain points.
* Maintain accurate pipeline information on Salesforce.
* Identify and nurture opportunities for our solutions through targeted cold calling and lead follow-up.
* Collaborate with Account Executives to target high-value prospects in assigned territories.
* Articulate business value to prospects and document all related activities on Salesforce.
* Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with clients.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software.
* Customer-focused results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
* High energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients effectively.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
