 
        
        The role of an IT Support Analyst involves providing remote computer and IT system support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze issues and formulate solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
 * Ensure customers are updated on ticket progress
 * Work remotely with customers to solve problems
 * Utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to provide and find solutions to known issues
 * Use external information to research and resolve issues when needed
 * Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 * Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Qualifications:
 * A degree in Information Systems or equivalent program is preferred
 * Demonstrated ability to deliver IT solutions within a corporate environment
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
 * Previous experience in centrally managed computer systems
 * Prior experience supporting A/V environments is a plus
